central location helpful guidance fresh environment
the central location offered easy access to attractions and transport links this made exploring the city simple. the staff greeted me with warmth and provided helpful guidance making me feel at ease. the cleanliness of my room impressed me the fresh environment added to the comfort of my stay.
the noise from neighboring rooms disrupted my sleep. thin walls allowed sounds to travel easily this was unfortunate

convenient location comfortable bed prompt assistance
i found the location quite convenient. i could easily walk to several attractions. the room had a comfortable bed and a well-functioning air conditioner. the staff provided prompt assistance with my luggage and offered helpful directions.
the shower was a bit small.

shower barrier room window
the shower lacked any sort of barrier so water went everywhere when i used it the room lacked a window this was quite disappointing since natural light is important to me also maintenance is needed because some things in the hotel were broken it was hard to rest because i could hear all the other guests

helpful staff efficient system clean room
the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel had a system for accessing the building and rooms which worked well. the room was clean and i found the online key system efficient, as there was no physical key to manage.
i found the elevator to have a slight odor.

the reception staff offered good recommendations for restaurants. they were helpful and communicated effectively, made check-in and check-out smooth processes. i received fresh linens and towels daily.
